Here it is folks. I found this old ferriers forge in the back of a barn and I lubed it up and got it running. I disconnected the belts and hooked up a car fan belt from the HUGE aluminum flywheel of the exercise bike to the blower fan on the forge. It still needs some tweeking, but it works!

Mica hard at work heatin' those coals. We made the stand so you can ride the bike and stoke the coals or arrange your work, no need to get up. My next project is to get a ventilation system hooked up in the shop so I can work under cover.
